Wolfe: Because there is a strong possibility that it will be and we'd rather know now than later.
Andy: But that makes me look bad!
Wolfe: Not delivering always makes people look bad. Wot's yer point?
Andy: But it shouldn't be red, it should be amber.
Wolfe: Are you going to deliver on schedule?
Andy: Oh, no way, there's 0% chance.
